K&W Ventures LLC works with independent property managers who operate professionally, communicate clearly, and actively build their own management portfolios.

This is not a passive role. Property managers working with K&W Ventures are expected to generate their own clients, manage relationships, and operate as accountable partners within a structured management platform.

Role Overview

Property managers working with K&W Ventures are responsible for overseeing assigned properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, communicating with owners and tenants as required, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Managers are not provided a book of business. Client acquisition and portfolio growth are the responsibility of the property manager.

Who This Is For

This opportunity is designed for individuals who:

• Have experience in property management, construction coordination, or real estate operations

• Are comfortable communicating with property owners and tenants

• Can manage maintenance issues, inspections, and follow-through

• Are willing to actively seek and secure management clients

• Operate with professionalism, organization, and accountability

• Applicants expecting leads or properties to be provided

How Compensation Works

Property managers are compensated based on the properties they manage and the clients they bring into the platform.

Compensation structure is discussed after initial review and depends on:

• Portfolio size

• Level of responsibility

• Scope of management services

• Performance and client retention

This is a performance-based opportunity.

Expectations & Standards

Property managers are expected to:

• Conduct inspections and provide accurate reporting

• Coordinate repairs and verify completion

• Communicate professionally and promptly

• Follow K&W Ventures systems and documentation standards

• Represent the brand appropriately with owners, tenants, and vendors

Failure to meet standards may result in removal from the platform.
