Use this page to submit maintenance requests and review emergency contact procedures.

For routine maintenance, please use the maintenance request form. For emergencies involving immediate safety risks or active property damage, follow the emergency instructions below and contact management right away.

All routine maintenance requests must be submitted through the official maintenance request form. This allows management to track, document, and respond to issues efficiently. Emergency issues should be clearly identified when submitting a request.

What Constitutes an Emergency?

Emergencies include issues that pose an immediate risk to safety or property, such as:

• Active water leaks

• Loss of heat in cold weather

• Electrical hazards

• Gas-related concerns

• Fire or smoke conditions

For immediate danger, call 911 first, then contact management.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Maintenance & Repairs

• Requests are reviewed and prioritized based on urgency

• Repairs are scheduled based on availability and scope

• Tenants will receive updates as work progresses

• Completed work is documented and verified

Communication Guidelines

All maintenance requests must be submitted through the official maintenance request form.

This allows management to track issues, schedule repairs, and maintain proper documentation for all service requests.

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for maintaining their unit in good condition and promptly reporting maintenance issues.

Tenants must:

• Keep the unit clean and sanitary

• Replace light bulbs and batteries where applicable

• Report maintenance issues in a timely manner

• Allow scheduled access for repairs
